Found whilst walking back from Pakefield to Kessingland stranded and unfortunately dead was this Lesser Pipefish (Syngnathus rostellatus). About 10cm in size an olive green back with pale silvery underside. Pipe fish are not a type of Seahorse but do belong to the taxonomic family.

I found these snail around our garden table. They are not enjoying the days sun.

On a day when the wind was coming off the sea I ventured to Pakefield beach to find sea haar.

As I am preparing to start a lino print these ended up on my desk and as it has rained all day they became my subject matter.
