Oak Tree at Benacre As the year passes the Oak trees are now in their prime, about time to get drawing them again.
Scentless Mayweed Scentless Mayweed (Tripleurospermum maritimum ssp. inodorum) growing in the cornfields at Benacre in Suffolk. A member of the daisy family with it’s white and yellow flowers.
Barn Owl sketch Very sad to see this Barn owl lying at the road side at Benacre on the A12. Unfortunately it had been hit quite hard so I have sketch as much as was possible. Such a beautiful sight normally in the morning or evening light.
Just southof the sluice at Kessingland near to Benacre this Pill box already sketched from the beach. Once on the cliff erosion by waves has undermined the pill box and it now lies at the bottom of the cliff.
At the end of Southwold pier in the Clockhouse Cafe looking out the window in the warm northwards towards Benacre.
