Day 331, of my 2016 sketch a day challenge

Across the reedbeds to Blythburgh

This sketch is from the footpath that runs along the southern banks of the River Blyth on the footpath that leads to the Blythburgh White Hart pub. The path was awash with autumnal colours with beautiful Silver Birch and Oak that has managed to hold onto their leaves after last weekends storms. I noticed this view on the way to the White Hart and then sketched this on the way back. The estuary was full of Avocets, Godwits, Redshanks and also Egrets Harriers and a brief flight of a Woodcock in the woods.
